Superworms are a highly nutritious meal for pets. They are high in calories, fats, and protein, and they provide a good amount of hydration.

For bearded dragons, it is recommended to feed 1-2 super worms per week, or in moderation due to their high fat content. However, they can be given to malnourished or recovering bearded dragons more frequently to help them gain weight.

It is not recommended to feed Superworms to very young or baby bearded dragons, as the thicker chitin can lead to impaction.

Small - Under 1.25 inches long, these are younger worms.

Large - Over 1.25 inches long, these are our older more mature worms.
